The rooftop pool offers fantastic views and is a fun place to relax. Room service was pretty lackluster and took longer than expected. the temporary art galleries add a nice touch to the atmosphere.

Clean room and the staff was friendly. The art gallery in the lobby was a nice touch. The elevator waits were quite long, especially on busy mornings.

The rooftop pool was awesome, perfect for soaking up sun after a long day. Plus, the crab fest was pure bliss, fresh and tasty!
It was pricey, but worth it for the experience.

the rug in my room was gross, covered in large stains that made me question how clean everything else was. For nearly $500 a night, I expected way better than this!

What an electrifying experience! The convenient location and clean, spacious room made our family trip unforgettable. The pool on the 8th floor had a stunning view, and the attentive staff quickly fixed a leaking shower head.
My wife says that complimentary breakfast with allergen-friendly options would have been ideal for families with children.

I had such a great time exploring the city because it was just a short walk away from iconic spots like the Liberty Bell and the beautiful Rittenhouse Square, which made my weekend strolls super enjoyable; not to mention, I found fantastic dining options nearby like Ruth's Chris Steak House and Gran Caffe L'Aquila within a few minutes on foot. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to my pleasant experience, but the room could definitely use some updates and a better cleaning.

I felt like a VIP, had a blast at the rooftop pool and delighted my taste buds at Ruth's Chris Steak House. Unlimited valet parking was key for me!
Loved the experience of feeling like I was showering in a kiddie pool due to the partially clogged drain.

Pleasant experience, pleasant staff with helpful direction assistance and grab-and-go snacks that never disappoint.
No negatives from this place.

The room was larger than expected, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the decor felt dated, with dark red walls and some peeling paint that could use a refresh. Noise levels were an issue; I could hear showers from adjacent rooms. Temperature control was adequate, but I noticed some dust and an outlet that didn’t work. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is a plus. I appreciated having coffee available downstairs, although the overall cleanliness could improve. The pool was decent, but the chairs appeared worn.

The ramen restaurant behind the hotel is a hidden gem. The lobby is so clean and well maintained with a friendly vibe.
The room cleaning was non-existent during my stay.

Clean hotel, excellent location near major attractions. My family enjoyed the spacious room with a view of the pool. Quick response from maintenance on a shower issue. Front desk staff, especially Nadia, were exceptionally helpful with check-in and check-out. room cleanliness was inconsistent; dusty surfaces and hairs in the shower were disappointing. Air conditioning struggled even with the temperature set low. Be prepared for unexpected fees—$150 for damages—without prior notice. Amenities were limited; a coffee maker was subpar, and the absence of a microwave was felt. Pricing felt inflated during special events. With a few adjustments, this hotel could truly shine. Recommend with caution.

The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. the attentive concierge made my check-in seamless and provided great recommendations for nearby attractions.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and the unexpected alarm going off was quite disruptive.

The location was awesome, close to Love Square park, The Constitution Museum, and Reading Market. Walking distance to great places like the Harry Potter exhibit at the Franklin Institute. Valet service was quick and friendly.
Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making our stay uncomfortable. The room was not clean, with visible dust and untouched crumbs.

Walking distance to the 76ers' arena was clutch! Seeing the Eagles at their stadium was next level! Perfect for sports fans like us. The front desk peeps were cool and the lobby snacks were fire. Can't wait to party here again!
Could use a rad rooftop hangout spot for us young peeps to chill and vibe after the games.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were impressed by their friendly and helpful nature. The steakhouse at the hotel was top-notch, even though it was a bit pricey. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, situated right on Market Street and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and we particularly appreciated the clean rooms and effective temperature control. The staff was attentive and efficient with room service, and the pool was fantastic, especially for my kids.
The view from our room. Instead of a city view, we were greeted with the sight of an air conditioning unit and a parking garage.

The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing me to enjoy a hot beverage whenever I wanted. One area that could be improved is the lack of garden furniture outside, which would have been nice for relaxing outdoors. While the room came with free toiletries, I found the selection to be limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at. I was hoping for an AM/FM alarm clock in the room for easy wake-up calls. the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch for entertainment, and the carpeted floor added a cozy feel. Valet parking was convenient, but the service could be more efficient during busy times. I also enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
